Small-Group Pitching Training in Calgary

Small-group fastpitch pitching training in Calgary for athletes who want technical coaching, purposeful repetition, and a clearer path to stronger mechanics and confidence in the circle.

Small-Group Pitching

Build From the Ground Up.

BDS pitching is technical coaching in a supportive 3 to 4 athlete environment. We work from big-to-small posture and technique so pitchers understand how their body moves, what each piece is doing, and how to keep building a repeatable delivery.

Small groups mean athletes get meaningful reps, individualized feedback, and the chance to learn alongside other pitchers without getting lost in a large session.

Pitch With Intention

Technique, Confidence, and a Plan to Progress.

  • Posture, lower-half movement, sequencing, and efficient pitching mechanics.
  • Arm-circle connection, consistency, command, and repeatable movement patterns.
  • Understanding current habits, creating useful cues, and building confidence one rep at a time.
  • Video feedback, measurements, and at-home work when it will support an athlete’s next step.

Pitching progress is personal. We meet athletes with a detailed eye, a clear plan, and the encouragement to keep showing up.

Reviews

“We are so grateful for Kaitlyn and Jo and the impact they have had on our daughter's fastpitch journey. Their passion, dedication, and encouragement have made such a meaningful difference, especially in her pitching. Since working with them, we have seen a noticeable improvement in her confidence, mechanics, and accuracy. What means most to us is seeing her believe in herself and have fun while continuing to grow. Thank you for everything you do and for the positive influence you have had on our daughter. We truly appreciate you both and highly recommend you.”
